Description
This 5-week virtual Fitness Program takes place on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 5:30pm-6:30pm. The program will cover strength and cardiovascular endurance training. The strength portions will be using mostly body weight exercises, but some weight exercises will be incorporated (supervisors will give alternatives if participants don’t have dumbbells or free weights). Program supervisors will be facilitating and leading the participants through the workouts at a steady introductory pace. Each workout will have coinciding visuals that can be emailed out to parents/guardians so participants can have a visual schedule to follow along with as well as the instructor video guide.
Skills Needed: Participants will need access to the internet and a webcam or smart device to be able to see the instruction. This program will be offered over the Zoom platform.
No recreation membership is required.
Please do not send the Zoom link and password to other people - encourage them to register and we will provide them with the access information!
