Are you interested in incorporating barbell exercises into your workouts? Then this small group is for you!
For 8-weeks, your trainer Monet will coach you through barbell fundamentals of squats, bench press, and deadlifts.
This small group meets on Wednesdays from 10:00a-11:00a, in the Bayside weight room.

A fitness assessment with Monet is required for all new participants before the first session on June 11th.
Please wear closed toe athletic shoes and a bring a water bottle!
