Karatedo

Ages 8 & up An in-depth introduction to Classical Japanese Karate emphasizing the development of mind, body and spirit through the study of martial arts. Training will focus on mental discipline, breathing techniques, basic blocks, strikes and stances. Students must wear comfortable clothing of (white uniform with no markings). Instructor: Sheldon Tenia Protocols: Classes are to be held in the dance studio or room 1 or other area where space is available.
