Advanced Springboard Diving

This class is for divers that would like to continue to develop their springboard diving skills. The focus will be on improving their forward approaches/dives and back take-offs/dives and introducing new skills including inward, reverse, and twisting dives.

Prerequisite: Participants must be deep water safe, able to perform forward dive with approach and hurdle, forward somersault and back dive with back take-off. Participants must be 7 years old by the start of class.

Valid Recreation Center Membership card required throughout the season. Please see receipt for additional details.
