Get out of the weight room & into the POOL for this shallow water non-stop, total body workout that uses the resistance of the water to improve cardiovascular stamina and muscular endurance. Work to your max without the negative stress to your joints that can come from some land workouts. Every week step into the unknown with only one thing for certain...GO Hard or GO Home! Class recommend for intermediate to advanced fitness levels. Arrive five minutes prior to class start time. Pool shoes and swim goggles suggested.
