Ages 6-12. Camp is open from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; structured activities from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Camp has been modified to meet current CDC guidelines for safety, social distancing and cleanliness.

Cancellation Policy
A request to withdrawal with a full refund must be made 7 days prior to the start of camp (subject to $5 transaction fee). If your camper experiences any symptoms associated with COVID, notify staff immediately and a full refund will be offered for the days not attended.

Notes
  • Please read the COVID-19 Day Camps Protocols before registering.
  • Registrations are first come, first served and are M-F.
  • No age exceptions will be given.
  • Registration deadline is Friday the week prior.
  • We will maintain a staff-to-child ratio of 2:10.
  • The parent information letter, camp policies, and weekly activity schedules will be emailed.
  • After registering you will receive an email from ePACT to fill out your child's participant information form. This form must be filled out seven days prior to attending camp otherwise the participant will be withdrawn from camp.
  • We partner with ePACT Network to provide an efficient and secure way to manage participant information.
  • Parents may drop off as early as 8am and pick up by 5:30pm.
  • Structured camp activities are from 9am-4pm.
  • Bring lunch, snack, water bottle, towel and swimsuit unless otherwise stated on itinerary.
  • Requests for refunds, credits and transfers must be made seven days prior to the start of each week of camp.
  • Camp guidelines are subject to change.

Inclusion Notes

  • In order to provide an appropriate accommodation/modification, the ePACT information must be completed a minimum of 10 days prior to the first day of the program.
  • A general program may be adapted using a reasonable accommodation/modification using auxiliary aids and/or services, but the basic structure of the program remains the same.
  • Accommodations/ modifications are made as needed and can be flexible, as well as creative.
  • In response to COVID-19 and due to the need to maintain physical distancing, there are some accommodations/modifications that cannot be safely provided at this time, including:
    • 1 to 1 Inclusion Mentor support
    • Close contact behavioral support
    • Alternate activity options
  • Personal care not provided by program staff.
