Ages 6-10. Give your child the ultimate summer experience with Vancouver Parks, Recreation and Cultural Services Youth Day Camps! Designed to inspire creativity, connection, and adventure, our camps offer a fun-filled environment where kids can explore, build friendships, and stay active. Each day is packed with exciting activities including games, sports, special guests and more while fostering a healthy lifestyle, leadership skills, teamwork, and positive decision-making.

Structured camp activities are from 9:00am-4:00pm, with flexible drop-off starting at 8:00am and pick up until 4:30pm. Need extra time? Aftercare (preregistration required) is available from 4:30pm-5:30pm for an additional fee.

THEME OF THE WEEK: Mission Impossible

Attention, secret agents! Your mission- should you choose to accept it-is to solve puzzles, crack codes, and complete daring challenges. With stealth, teamwork, and quick thinking, campers will take on epic spy missions all week long. The clock is ticking!

FIELD TRIP:SUPERPLAY

Day Camp

  • Registrations first come, first served and are M-F.
  • No age exceptions will be given.
  • Registration deadline is 9am the Thursday of the week prior.
  • We will maintain a staff-to-child ratio of 1:10.
  • The parent information letter, camp policies, and weekly activity schedules will be emailed out at least one week prior to the start of camp.
  • After registering you will receive an email from ePACT to fill out your child's participant information form. This form must be filled out seven days prior to attending camp otherwise the participant will be withdrawn from camp.
  • We partner with ePACT Network to provide an efficient and secure way to manage participant information.
  • Parents may drop off as early as 8am and pick up by 4:30pm.
  • Aftercare available from 4:30pm-5:30pm for an additional fee.
  • Structured camp activities are from 9am-4:00pm.
  • Bring lunch, a snack, and a water bottle.
  • Requests for refunds and transfers must be made 4 weeks prior to the start of each week of camp.
  • Camp guidelines are subject to change.

NEW! Payment Plan Option for Summer Day Camps/Aftercare
In order to make summer camps affordable and accessible for families payment plans are now an option.
  • Payment plan option must be selected at the time of registration.
  • A 15% initial payment is due at the time of registration.
  • A credit card is required to be saved to your account and will be charged each Friday beginning May 9.
  • Final payment is due 2 weeks prior to the start date of each week of camp.
  • If a scheduled payment declines, you will be contacted and have 3 days to make the missed payment and update your credit card information for future payments. If you do not do so within 3 days of being notified, the participant will be withdrawn from each week of camp that the payment failed for and refunded any payments made to date minus the $5 processing fee per week.
  • If payment information changes it is your responsibility to update with Vancouver Parks, Recreation and Cultural Services.

Inclusion Notes:
  • Programs can/may be adapted by applying reasonable accommodations/modifications and/or using auxiliary aids and/or services, however the basic structure of the program remains the same.
  • Accommodations/modifications are made as determined needed and without altering the basic program structure. Accommodations/modifications may be flexible as well as innovative and may vary depending on program size, type and duration.
Accommodations/modifications may include:
  • Informing the course or program instructor, lead and/or staff of the participants needs.
  • A lower staff to participant ratio than would be standard for the program.
  • Personal caregivers are welcome to attend with participants.
Personal Care/Behavior Support:
Vancouver Parks, Recreation and Cultural Services program staff does not provide personal care or dedicated individual behavioral support. If a participant requires personal care such as but not limited to toileting assistance, feeding, or changing of clothes or with other modifications that require one-on-one support you may send a family member/caregiver to attend with the participant at no charge. They must be cleared with a background check through VPRCS or a partnering agency, contact program coordinator for information.
