Explore the world of meditation in various ways through the lens of yoga. We will explore Mindfulness meditation, Mantra meditation, Breath Meditation and Irest Yoga Nidra Meditation. Loosen the grip of the outside world and its expectations to decrease anxiety and worry. Discover what works best for you and if you choose, develop your own meditation practice by the end of this course. Your teacher and guide is Iris Mickey, Certified Yoga Therapist and long time meditation practitioner.
