Description
All are welcome. No prior experience with mindfulness is required.
Slow down and come home to the body, breath and heart through mindfulness meditation. This day-long workshop will include periods of movement, sitting meditation, reflection and relational mindfulness. Join us in exploring how cultivating presence can help us uncover the gifts of ease, connection and compassion in the midst of our lives.
What to bring: comfortable layered clothing, yoga mat, blanket and/or cushion if desired (some supplies will be available), your lunch, and a water bottle/travel mug (water and hot tea will be available). No refunds after Monday, November 26, 2018.
