Description

Rest into this afternoon of supportive mindfulness practices, and nourish your spirit through wisdom and compassion. Together we will steep in qualities of tenderness, warmth and light, and fortify our capacity to navigate times of uncertainty, vulnerability and challenge. Our time together will include periods of guided meditation, gentle movement and silent reflection. Prior experience with meditation is recommended but not required.

This course will take place in live, online sessions that will not be recorded to maintain confidentiality. You will need access to an internet connection along with a computer or tablet that can run the Zoom application.
