Description
This exercise class is designed for people with chronic or persistent pain. Tai Chi movements and principles will be used to increase strength, balance, endurance, flexibility, relaxation, mind-body integration and well-being. Tai Chi movements are easily modifiable to meet any fitness level and there is no floor work. Join us in learning gentle Tai Chi movements and principles.

Cancelation & Refund Policy
- If a participant misses a class, they may make-up the class in any other available wellness center offering. Instructors will provide a make-up class pass and give guidance in selecting a make-up class that will meet their fitness needs. If participants cannot find a comparable class to sub in, they may request a daily pool pass instead.
- Refunds/facility credit will only be granted to participants who have missed classes due to illness or injury. Participants must provide documentation from a physician to request a refund/facility credit.
- All make-up classes, refund/credit requests must be made prior to the end of the current class session.
- If a class is canceled due to low attendance a full refund will be provided.
- If class is canceled due to instructor illness, a credit for the missed class will be provided.
