This program is designed to help high school athletes learn to perform the Olympic lifts (clean and jerk, snatch). The focus is on proper exercise technique to improve performance during their spring and summer lifting programs. Athletes who perform these complex lifts with better technique see better results.

- Performance: Performing these complex lifts with proper technique results in an enhanced training effect. Improve your power, strength and rate-of-force development for improved on-field performance.
- Athleticism: Use explosive lifts to enhance athletic ability while building coordination, flexibility and strength for sport.
- Safety: Learn bar and body safety. Olympic-style lifts have been traditionally viewed as dangerous because many athletes have not been instructed on how to perform them properly.
- Technique: Sessions are designed by USA Weightlifting certified and experienced coaches with more than 20 years of experience teaching athletes the most effective ways to benefit from these complex exercises.
