Description

Join us for a day of exploring practices designed to cultivate and deepen our connection with "a power of unconditional care from within, that can be deeply healing and sustaining." These practices, developed by meditation teacher John Makransky, PhD, can help us learn to relax into the space of natural kindness and compassion that is always available in whatever circumstances life presents. Our day will include a variety of gentle movement and stillness practices, reflection and conversation.

All are welcome. Prior experience with yoga, mindfulness or qigong can be helpful but is not required. All movement practices can be adapted.

Bring comfortable layered clothing, your lunch, water bottle /travel mug (water and hot tea will be available). No refunds after Monday, October 7, 2019.
