Description
American Fascial Distortion Model Association (AFDMA) - FDM Module 2
This course registration is for University of Wisconsin Statewide Osteopathic Collaborative Faculty. There are also options to register as a, Resident/Med Student, WAOPS member, or a non-Collaborative Clinician. Contact Denise.Hix@fammed.wisc.edu if you need a different registration link.
The registration fee is non-refundable. Please be sure you are registering for the correct course and can attend on the designated dates before registering!
Fascial Distortion Model (FDM) is a patient-centered model of assessment and treatment taught to DO, MD, NP, PA-C, PT, PTA, OT, ATC, DC, ND, DDS, DMD, DPM, medical students (MD and DO), and Certified Structural Integration practitioners (Rolfers).
FDM Academy teaches FDM by instructors certified through the American Fascial Distortion Model Association (AFDMA). The instructor for this course is Jenifer Ribar, DO.
This course covers Module 2 which includes an introduction to FDM and covers the axial spine. Module 1 is NOT required to take Module 2. Participants will receive 16 AMA or AOA credits.
