Description

Integrating Mindfulness Into Daily Life: A Summer Short Course

One of the most helpful aspects of mindfulness is that it is incredibly portable and can be accessed in all the moments of our lives. And still, life often feels so full that it can be hard to “find” time for mindfulness. In this summer short course, we’ll make time for mindfulness and explore ways to bring more moments of mindful awareness into our lives as we are living them now.

Appropriate for new and experienced meditators.
