We recognize the many ways our mindfulness practice can be a source of support during this time of uncertainty and concern for safety. With this in mind, we plan to continue offering Mindfulness Drop-In sessions through an online platform. Use the instructions below to join us from your computer or mobile phone Tuesday mornings at 7:30 am.
