Integrating Mindfulness Into Daily Life: A Summer Short Course

In this 4-week course, we’ll make time for mindfulness and explore ways to bring more moments of mindful awareness into our lives as we are living them now. This course will offer a freshness to your practice and strategies to enter the busy fall season mindfully.

Appropriate for new and experienced meditators.
