SKI SEASON IS HERE!! Hello 2020! Get ready for a fun day of skiing or snowboarding with discounted lift tickets and transportation provided. Retails for over $200.

Home to Tahoe’s Olympians & X Games athletes, Sierra-at-Tahoe Resort has grown into one of Lake Tahoe's largest resort areas. Sierra-at-Tahoe features 14 chairlifts that access 2,000+ acres of slopes, 200+ acres of backcountry trails, and 2,212 feet of vertical.


USF ski trips are not intended for season pass holders. For transportation-only service you may book through Sports Basement ski bus service.

NOT included: Gear, rental, lessons, food

Trip Itinerary:

  • 5am: Check-in at Koret Health & Recreation Center (by Negoesco Field)

  • 5:15am: Bus departs Koret; bus will not wait for anyone

  • 9:30-10am: Arrive to ski resort

  • 4pm: Bus departs ski resort (bus will make dinner stop en route back to SF)

  • 9-10pm: Arrive back to Koret

*All times are traffic and weather dependent*
**Weather in the Sierra can change in an instant. If trip is cancelled due to hazardous weather and travel conditions you will receive a full registration refund**
***All trip participants must travel together with the group; leave and return to campus on the charter bus together; NO EXCEPTIONS***

There are NO REFUNDS given for cancellations! If a participant can no longer attend an outdoor Adventure trip they may contact KHRC@usfca.edu and ask to be removed from the trip list. This must be completed 72 hours prior to the Outdoor Adventure trip. If completed with a 72 hour notice a credit will be applied to the participant's ActiveNet account. This credit can be used for another Koret transaction. If the participant does not attend or give 72 hour notice that they cannot attend the trip they do not receive a credit to their account. The Recreational Sports Department reserves the right to make ALL final decisions regarding any discrepancies involving Outdoor Adventures.

NO TRAVEL EXCEPTIONS. ALL registrants whom purchase a ticket through the Outdoor Adventure Program MUST travel together to and from campus and the event site with the entire group via charter transportation provided.
