WITHDRAWAL POLICY:

- A 25% withdrawal fee will be assessed for all activities. The remaining 75% of the registration fee will be credited to the client's account.

- All withdrawals must be processed prior to the third class.

- NO credit will be given after the third class.
- Safety & Leadership Courses: If the pre-course skills test is not passed, 75% of the course registration fee will be credited on the Client's account.

- NO REFUNDS will be given.

REFUNDS:

- NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN BY THE DEPARTMENT OF CAMPUS RECREATION.

- All transactions will be applied to the Client's account, following the proper Withdrawal Fees listed above.

- There will be no expiration date for this balance and will remain on the account until it is used by the Client (balances are non-transferable and must be used within a family).

TRANSFER FEE:
- There is a $5.00 administrative fee for each transfer made from one class to another.
- All transfers must be made in person.
