Joseph Pilates' fitness philosophy affirms that the whole (body) must be exercised to achieve good health. This course offers a full body regimen emphasizing proper alignment to achieve core upper and lower body strength that supports the spine. Targeted exercise includes aerobic and anaerobic, range of motion - varied, progressive, repetitive, and habitual in movement. If this aligns with your fitness philosophy, Pilates is the right path for you. Beginners welcome.
