The City of Upland is proud to announce our 3rd Annual Firecracker 5K Run/Walk- the 2nd 5K in our Upland Trifecta series, open to runners, walkers, and strollers for all ages and abilities - the perfect way to kick off your 4th of July festivities! This is more than just another 5K Run/Walk. It's a chance to spend time with your friends, family, and neighbors, focusing on health, wellness, and supporting your community. Proceeds will benefit the Upland Recreation and Community Services Division's Build-A-Dream Scholarship Program and the 2019 Summer Concerts, Movies, and Special Events In The Park.
FIRECRACKER 5K RUN/WALK ROUTE:
The 5K Run/Walk will begin and end inside Memorial Park. The information booth, on-site registration tables, and bib pick-up will take place inside Memorial Park.
*5K Run/Walk Start: 8:00 a.m. SHARP
*Run! 5K Early Bird Registration w T-shirt, Through Friday, May 31st: $30
*Late Registration/Morning Of Event: $35
*T-shirt and medal included for all registrations through Thursday, June 13th.
*All registration will include a participation medal and Sparklin' Pancake Breakfast.
*Check-In/On-Site Registration: 6:30 a.m. - 7:30 a.m.
*1K Run/Walk Start: 7:30 a.m. SHARP
*Run! 1K Early Bird Registration Applies Through Friday, May 31st: $20
*Late Registration/Morning Of Event: $25
*Event T-shirt guaranteed for all registration through Thursday, June 13th.
*All registration will include a participation medal and Sparklin' Pancake Breakfast.
*Awards ceremony to follow 5K Run/Walk.
*Prizes will be awarded to Overall Finisher - Male & Female
*Medals will be given to the 1st place finishers in each age category of the 5K Fun Run/Walk.
Teams of 10 or more are a fun way to participate! Get together with friends, family members, co-workers, or sports teams, and enjoy a discount of $5 per person through, Friday, February 8th. Please note: To receive the team discount, all registration must be completed at the same time.
*The entry fee will not transfer to another 5K Run/Walk hosted by the City of Upland.
*This event will be held rain or shine.
