Skills Include: Front crawl 15 yards (with face in water and side breathing, not complete rotary), Elementary Backstroke 15 yards with complete whip kick, Streamline on front and back with flutter kick, Dolphin kick 3-5 body lengths, Flutter kick on front and back with kickboard 15 yards, Tread water, back float, and survival float 30 seconds each.
Mini Camps run for 1 specific week. They meet at the scheduled time for the Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday of that 1 week.
