2017 Cardinal Winter Offensive and Defensive High School Skills Camp
We will provide instruction and give players valuable repetitions on the offensive and defensive skills needed to be a successful baseball player.
10:45 am - 11:15 a.m. - Check-in
December 2, 9, and 16, 2017
Saturdays - 11:15 a.m. - 1:15 p.m.
Males, Ages 14-18

11:15 a.m. - 11:25 a.m. - Stretch
11:25 a.m. - 11:35 a.m. - Throwing plan
11:35 a.m. - 12:10 p.m. - Position specific training
12:10 p.m. - 1:15 p.m. - Offensive batting practice and skill work
1:15 p.m. - Dismissal
