The Cardinals Camp works to improve skills through individual instruction, drills, lectures, and games. We feel the staff-camper ratio is very important and maintain a ratio of one coach for each 10 campers.
This year the UIW Cardinals will be hosting an evening camp specifically targeted towards high school boys looking to further advance their skill set and abilities. The camp is designed to target strength, agilities, speed, fundamental dribbling and shooting drills, and last but not least individual and team competition. The high school boys evening camp will help advance and teach each individual the mindset it takes to be a dedicated athlete.
5:00 pm - 6:00 pm - Drop off Convocation Center
6:00 pm - Camp Daily Agenda
9:00 pm - 9:30 pm - Pick up Convocation Center- Stretch, agilities, body strength, fundamental basketball drills, individual and team competition
