Q: I created an account but I can't login, what's up with that?
A: Look at the login page and make sure you have the correct button clicked for either ID login, or email login. If you have forgotten your account info do not create a new account, just contact the Recreation Office and we will get you into your account (970.568.7410 or recreation@townofwellington.com).
Q: I can't remember my account ID or password.

Q: The system tells me that the person I am trying to register is not in the correct grade.
A: The registration system is very rigid in setting age parameters for grade levels. Contact the Recreation Office and we will tell the system what grade the registrant is in (970.568.7410 or recreation@townofwellington.com).
Q: Why is there a convenience fee for online registration?
A: The Town pays Active to run and maintain our database for registration. We could hide this fee and charge ALL registrants for online services, but we choose to be transparent and let you know exactly what we, and you, are paying for.
