Description: 

In this 10-week course, we will develop 8 video games in Scratch like Star Hunter, Pac Man, Egg Drop Game and more. The course culminates in a final project where students use their creativity to code their own game.

We will be looking at introductory topics in Scratch that include events, loops, variables, and if statements in this course. This is a great course for beginners to intermediate Scratch coders. Students will be challenged as per their experience. The goal is to get excited about coding in a play-based environment.

It is a virtual course and requires a laptop or Chromebook and a high-speed internet connection. The Zoom details will be provided before the session begins.
