Description:
Toning, flexibility, better posture, increased core strength and the body/mind connection are achieved through our Mat Mash-Up work. A variety of equipment adds interest and "mashes-up" the workout so class is always different. Our classes blend the best of ballet, strength, yoga and Pilates, providing an exciting and effective class for all fitness levels. Hit the barre and see results! One punch card good for all classes. (Fee is for 15 class punch card). Please call during normal business hours to 630.323.7500, Ext: 0 to reserve your spot!
Please bring a mat to each class.
NEW GUIDELINES: Masks are required to be worn in the building and during the class. A punch card is required for this program. You MUST reserve a spot to be in this class. Once your spot is reserved, there are no refunds, and your card will be punched. If we do not meet the minimum participants, the class will be cancelled. If the Community House cancels the class, your card will not be punched. You can bring a guest to try the class with you, but you must use your punch card to pay for their spot.
DAY OF CLASS: Stop by the front desk to check in with the staff before going to class.
