Description:
Welcome NEW Instructor, Lisa Nicholas and bring harmony between the body and mind through this alignment-based vinyasa flow practice. This class will blend flowing and holding poses to build strength, balance, and flexibility, while emphasizing breath and body awareness. Each session will move through a variety of seated, kneeling, standing, belly, and recline positions as you create a renewed energy, sense of well-being, and inner calm. This class is for both beginner and returning students, as modifications will be provided, and focus placed on advancing slowly and safely to support everyone’s ability. This class takes place at KLM Lodge in Hinsdale. Due to COVID-19, this class will also be accessible via Zoom or e-mailed videos sent after class.
Class is Tuesdays.7 weeks sessions.
