Description: 

These classes are offered at The Community House for drivers who are over the age of 50 and wish to update their driving skills. It is a classroom-only session. Many insurance companies offer a discount to drivers who have taken this program. You must attend both days of the session to receive your certificate. Coffee is provided and you may also bring a beverage or snack, if desired.

Dates: Monday & Tuesday
Times: 9:00 am – 1:00 pm

Pre-registration is required but payment is not due to AARP presenter till the DAY OF class.
You can sign up at the front desk.

To attend on the event day you must NOT:
a. Have COVID-19 symptoms in the last 14 days
b. Tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 14 days
c. Been in close contact with someone with COVID-19 in the last 10 days
d. Be prepared to sign AARP waiver.

Notes:

  • Fee: $20 for AARP members and $25 for Nonmembers.
  • Payment is due the first day of class. (Cash is accepted or please make check payable to AARP.)
  • If qualified for the United Healthcare promotional rate, bring proof of eligibility as well.
