Escalante Summer Kamp Kool

The Escalante Community Center has been providing summer recreation programs for youth since 1976. Throughout the last 44 years, Escalante has established a reputation for providing quality activities, which promote educational, motivational, and recreational fun.

The registration process will begin at 8am on Friday, April 3rd, 2020 via e-mail, fax to (480) 350-5815 or regular mail to: Escalante Center, 2150 E. Orange Street, Tempe, AZ 85281. Registration packets are available on the website at: www.tempe.gov/escalante. All packets will be taken on first come, first served basis. Kampers must be 5 years old by June 15th to register. The registration fee is non-refundable.

Only Parents/Guardians can register their immediate family members in their household. Kamp Kool Program begins June 15th and ends July 31st. Once registered, a "Parent Handbook" will be mailed to each parent/guardian before kamp starts or it can be downloaded from www.tempe.gov/escalante. There will be no Kamp Kool on July 3rd.

Kamp Kool Fee: $210, Mon-Friday 8:15am-2:30pm *Kamp Kool shirt, and daily lunch.

Payments: Credit/Debit card, cash, money order, or checks made out to City of Tempe. *Optional payment plan available in 2 installments before the start date.

New Kamp Kool participants will be asked for child's birth certificate for proof of age.
