Adult Learn to Row

Designed exclusively for first time rowers, this course will introduce the basics of rowing, safety and boat-handling. Proper rowing technique and initial fitness development are stressed. Participants must be able to pass the 10-minute float test and have a basic level of fitness. The first class meets at the Kiwanis Recreation Center for the float test. Attendance of the first three classes is mandatory.
