THIS PROGRAM WILL ONLY RUN IF NEVADA COUNTY IS IN THE RED TIER. REGISTRATION IS OPEN IN HOPE PROGRAM WILL RUN. CREDITS WILL BE ISSUED IF PROGRAM IS CANCELED.
