Adaptive Swim - Advanced

A great opportunity exclusively for our swimmers with disabilities who can swim a lap of the pool without assistance but want to learn the fundamentals of each stroke, improve kicking, and endurance and correct form for starts and finishes. Come to meet new friends while enjoying a workout. For safety, they must be able to swim a lap of the pool without assistance.
