Description: In our Pre-Kindergarten classrooms at the JCC Preschool, we are getting ready for Kindergarten! We are counting to 25 and up and recognize and understand the value of these numbers. This helps us begin to understand important concepts, such as money, time, fractions, and measurement. We enjoy listening to and telling stories. We are recognizing and writing all of our letters. We interact frequently with books, reading common words and asking questions about characters or pictures. Our motor skills continue to blossom and we learn so much during PE! The JCC Preschool is a VPK provider and children in this program must also register for VPK with the Early Learning Coalition of Hillsborough County. All children participating in any program in the JCC Early Education and Youth department must have an up to date immunization record on file.
