Description: The Winter Basketball League is a developmental, community league. Program goals are to introduce children to the fundamentals of basketball and to emphasize that playing the game and being a member of a team are more important than winning. The coaches in this league will focus on personal improvement, sportsmanship and fun. All whom identify as a girl may participate in this division.

Notes:

Practices will begin the week of Jan. 6, 2020. Practices are held once a week for one (1) hour. (Specific practice day/time will be determined by the coaches availability)

First game of the season will be Saturday, Jan. 18, 2020. All games for this division will be played on Saturdays at Rolling Terrace Elem. School between 2 and 4 p.m. (game times are subject to change based on amount of teams in division)

All team requests (i.e., coach, player, practice) must be made at the time of registration to be considered. However, requests are not guaranteed.

Volunteer coaches are needed; training is provided.
