Come enjoy peaceful exercises modeled after the Crane, Bear, Monkey, Deer and Tiger. Participants will develop strength, grace, flexibility, balance and healing in a relaxing group setting. This form of Qi Gong is one of the most ancient continuously practiced healing exercise systems in the world. You will feel its effects in your body, mind and spirit, as you find more harmony with the animals and all of nature. No experience necessary. Instructor: Joann Malone.
