How to Get Started with Your New Surprise Rec Account:.
- Click Forgot your password.
- Enter your email address from the old Surprise Rec system:
- If your email is recognized, follow the steps to reset your password and access your account.
- If you receive an error when entering Date of Birth please leave blank and try again.
- If your email is not recognized, please create a new account.
We successfully imported 45,000 accounts from the old platform, but not all accounts were transferred. We appreciate your understanding in creating a new account if needed.
