Sunrise Recreation and Park District (SRPD) reserves the right to add, cancel, combine, or divide programs; to change the time, date, or location of programs; to change the instructor; and to make other changes which become necessary to ensure a quality experience for the participant.

Full Refunds will only be issued if SRPD cancels the program or activity.

Participants cancelling more than seven (7) full business days before the class start date will be assessed a 10% Admin/Processing Fee and refunded the balance for each and every request.

Participants cancelling within seven (7) full business days before the class start date will not receive a refund.

There will be no program or account credits issued in lieu of refund.

Refunds requests will not be granted for any pre-paid excursions or activities that require pre-paid admission.

Daycare and Preschool Programs: No tuition credit for days not attended. All deposits nonrefundable.

Requests must be submitted in writing to SRPD by using the SRPD Credit Request Form, available at the District Office, or online at sunriseparks.com

SRPD reserves the right to adjust the policy depending upon the severity and the circumstances of the situation.
