Description
Participants must have a base caliber of play as high-level Tier 2 or Tier 1 hockey.
The SHS/HBHC High Performance Camp provides high intensity training both on and off the ice. The on-ice sessions focus on developing efficient and powerful skating habits, along with puck handling, puck protection, and shooting/scoring skills through detailed coaching and technical training.
The off-ice performance training sessions focus on efficient body movement, core work, and quick twitch muscle development. These sessions take place after the on-ice element. These sessions are operated by Impact Sports.
