Description: After school program for children in grades 6th to 8th. Transportation is provided between Thomas "Jet" Jackson Recreation Center and Academy Prep.
Children may not attend the program until the required paperwork has been completed and approved by city staff. Forms are attached below for your convenience. For customer's enrolling online, all required paperwork is due within three (3) business days of your online transaction date.
