Description: Learn a variety of dives and improve diving techniques in a safe and relaxed environment. Participants will be divided into levels by the coaching staff based on age and ability.


Beginner: Learn the approach and hurdle, front and back dives, safety and etiquette.

Intermediate: Become more comfortable with the diving board, expand skills forward and backward.

Advanced: Learn dives in remaining three categories: twist, inward and reverse.
