Description: Help raise money for STC Underground, the popular teen center in St. Charles, by participating in this huge garage sale weekend! Keep all of the profits from your sale. Open to all Park District residents and all homes with a St. Charles address. Participant fee applies. Early Bird rate - $20 until April 17. Registration Fee - $30, April 18-21st.
