Registration Information for all Skate School Programs:
You must register with both the St. Charles Park District and Fox Valley Ice Arena's Skate School.
First, register with payment at the Park District. For more details, please call Alex Weidner at 630-513-4391.
Second, register with the FVIA Skate School via their website to create an account, pay an $20 annual skills registration fee (valid July 1-June 30), and sign a waiver.
1. Log onto www.fvia.us.
2. Click REGISTER from the top menu.
3. Click Register for a Program.
4. From the upper right side of screen, click login or household account, if you need to create a profile.
5. Go back and click, Register for a Program.
6. On the left hand side of screen, click Skate School.
7. Locate your chosen class and click Register.
8. Select name of the student.
9. Accept waiver by checking box.
10. Click Add to Cart and then Checkout.

Mittens or gloves and bike helmet are recommended. Skate rental is $3/class, or $20 for a 10-punch skate rental card. You may bring your own skates. All classes include a Free Skate on the day of your lesson: Th, 6:10-6:30pm and Sa, 9:10-9:30am & 10:20-10:40am, when available. Missed classes can be made up anytime within the session depending on class availability.
