Biography:Ashley has made yoga an integral part of her life for 12+ years. She believes your yoga practice should focus on the way it feels; not the way it looks. She always makes sure she provides a space where students can practice yoga that is not only comfortable and safe for their bodies, but also empowering and, her favorite way to describe this practice - magical!
