Description: Archery is safe, fun, and a great activity that teaches focus, self-control, and discipline. Participants should meet at shelter 3 in the park and be prepared to learn the basics of archery with the help of Ranger Ashley Maue. Then put their knowledge to the test while practicing their shooting skills using recurve and compound bows. Participants 10 years and older can participate from 10-11:30 a.m.
