Chair Yoga is for Every - Body. No need to be fit, flexible or have prior yoga experience. This is an introductory level course and as the name implies, the entire practice is performed sitting in a chair. If you can breathe, you can do some form of yoga. For those who can't get on the traditional mat, chair yoga can offer wonderful health benefits. Chair yoga can provide greater flexibility, improved muscle tone, increased energy level and help alleviate joing pain from arthritis. It also reduces stress and improves mental clarity. Please wear comfortable clothes.
