Don't just 'do' Pilates. Learn Pilates and get the benefit of correct positioning and muscle focus. Pilates will improve muscle elasticity, joint mobility, enhance balance, develop opposing muscle strength, and build a strong core. In this class we use flex bands, foam rollers, balls, fitness circle, and light weights. Exercises can be modified for all fitness levels. Bring a mat and water.
