Beginner Tumbling for Cheer

Learn basic tumbling skills and tricks needed for cheerleading with this beginner tumbling class! Class will consist of warm-ups, strength and conditioning training, followed by beginner tumbling skills. Students should wear their hair tightly pulled back off of their faces in a bun with comfortable gymnastics clothing. A $5 supply fee will due to instructor on first day of class.
