Name & Address

Please note that in order to create an account for a child you must create an account for an adult first. Additional family members can be added to your account after you create the adult account. You can also add additional members later by going to My Account > Account Settings, > click Change Information About Family/Friends.

If you live in San Francisco, please make sure to type out the city name fully and correctly (no abbreviation), so that residency can be confirmed.
