The regular practice of Tai Chi can provide beneficial effects on cardiac and cardiovascular health, the immune system, balance impairments, strength and endurance, brain health, and a sense of well-being. Students, at this class level, will learn and practice the complete 37-posture Cheng Man-Ching short Yang style form. The class will be exposed to a deeper understanding of the benefits of Tai Chi through a mix of lecture and instruction, class discussion, demonstration, hands-on adjustment, self-learning, and practice.
